Zhifeng Yang教授簡(jiǎn)介：

Zhifeng Yang is a professor in The State University of New York at Stony Brook, he is an associate editor of China Journal of Accounting Research and he is a member of the editorial board of China Journal of Accounting Studies. He has published many papers in top journals, such as The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Contemporary Accounting Research, Review of Accounting Studies, etc.

講座內容：

工傷事故給企業(yè)、職工家庭和整個(gè)社會(huì )都帶來(lái)很大代價(jià)，是影響企業(yè)社會(huì )責任業(yè)績(jì)的重要因素?，F有會(huì )計和財務(wù)文獻主要研究公司的資源和業(yè)績(jì)壓力對工傷事故發(fā)生率的影響。本文研究公司內部治理、也就是總部對工廠(chǎng)的監督與指導，對工廠(chǎng)工傷事故的影響。我們發(fā)現當總部到工廠(chǎng)的旅行時(shí)間縮短之后，工廠(chǎng)的事故發(fā)生率就會(huì )顯著(zhù)下降。這是因為當總部管理人員能更方便快捷地到工廠(chǎng)后，他們可以獲取更多有關(guān)工廠(chǎng)狀況的信息，從而加強總部對工廠(chǎng)的治理。具體地說(shuō)，當總部對工廠(chǎng)實(shí)際情況了解更多之后，總部能夠及時(shí)監督指導工廠(chǎng)人員進(jìn)行安全生產(chǎn)、適當調配資源以加大對工廠(chǎng)生產(chǎn)安全方面的投資以及根據工廠(chǎng)實(shí)際情況來(lái)設立合理的業(yè)績(jì)要求，從而降低了工廠(chǎng)的工傷事故發(fā)生率。
