報告摘要：

In this talk, we first investigate a manufacturer's information acquisition and subsidization strategies in a supply chain featuring two competing retailers who sell substitutable products and have private demand information. The manufacturer can decide whether to acquire demand information at a cost and further decide whether to offer subsidies simultaneously to retailers to induce their sharing of private demand information. Furthermore, we examine an online retailer’s incentive for demand information sharing with an upstream supplier who has already built a retail channel but possesses an incentive to establish a commission channel. We derive some interesting managerial insights and implications for both academia and practice.

李果，北京理工大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟學(xué)院教授，博士生導師，技術(shù)經(jīng)濟與戰略管理系主任，長(cháng)期從事綠色供應鏈與物流管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)與運營(yíng)交叉學(xué)科、大數據驅動(dòng)的決策管理等領(lǐng)域的教學(xué)研究工作，擔任中國優(yōu)選法統籌法與經(jīng)濟數學(xué)研究會(huì )智能決策與博弈分會(huì )常務(wù)理事、工業(yè)工程分會(huì )理事和中國自動(dòng)化學(xué)會(huì )經(jīng)濟與管理系統專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )委員，International Journal of Advanced Pervasive and Ubiquitous Computing副主編，國際知名期刊Information Technology & People (SSCI, ABS-3)高級編輯，UTD24/FT50頂級期刊Production and Operations Management編輯評審委員會(huì )委員，中國工程院院刊Frontier of Engineering Management特約通訊專(zhuān)家，國際知名期刊Transportation Research Part E、Annals of Operations Research、International Journal of Production Research和International Journal of Logistics Research and Applications客座編輯，長(cháng)期擔任Production and Operations Management、Decision Sciences、IISE Transactions、European Journal of Operational Research等30余個(gè)SCI/SSCI刊源審稿人，以第一作者或通訊作者在專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域內頂級/重要期刊Journal of Operations Management (UTD24/FT50頂級期刊)、Decision Sciences、Naval Research Logistics、European Journal of Operational Research、IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management和IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics、中國管理科學(xué)、管理工程學(xué)報等上發(fā)表論文60余篇。獲第三屆北京市大學(xué)生物流設計大賽優(yōu)秀指導教師獎。
