Tianyu Zhang簡(jiǎn)介：

Tianyu Zhang,香港科技大學(xué)博士，香港中文大學(xué)商學(xué)院教授, 香港中文大學(xué)公司治理研究中心主任，擅長(cháng)利用文本分析進(jìn)行會(huì )計和金融方面研究。在TheAccounting Review, Journal of Accounting and Research, Journal of Accountingand Economics, Journal finance, Contemporary Accounting Research等國際頂級期刊上發(fā)表論文十數篇，同時(shí)長(cháng)期擔任The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting and Research, Journalof Accounting and Economics, Journal finance, Contemporary Accounting Research等期刊審稿人。Tianyu Zhang教授的研究興趣主要包括文本分析、公司治理，資本市場(chǎng)和稅。
