X.Frank Zhang,芝加哥大學(xué)博士，耶魯大學(xué)bwin必贏(yíng)唯一官網(wǎng)教授, 在Journal of AccountingResearch, The Accounting Review, Journal of Finance, Review of FinancialStudies, Contemporary Accounting Research, Review of Accounting Studies等國際頂級期刊上發(fā)表論文近20篇，同時(shí)長(cháng)期擔任Journal ofAccounting Research, The Accounting Review, Journal of Finance, Review ofFinancial Studies, Contemporary Accounting Research, Review of AccountingStudies等國際頂級期刊的編委和審稿人。X.FrankZhang教授的研究興趣主要包括公司并購、行為金融、財務(wù)信息披露和資本市場(chǎng)等。
